Dear Parent/Guardian,

Your child has expressed interest in a 3-Day Adventure trip to Eastern Uganda. It is scheduled for Tuesday 2nd June 2026 to Thursday 4th June 2026.

This tour is aimed at strengthening students’ observational skills, appreciation of nature, wealth creation and preservation, and socializing. The school is partnering with CONDY TOURS AND TRAVEL

The charge for this tour is UGX 780,000 for the 3–day safari covering;

DAY ONE – 02nd June 2026:
Jinja Exploration & Transfer to Mbale: Set off from Kampala at 5:00 AM, Stopover at the Jinja Nile Bridge for a study session and photography, Visit the Source of the Nile, Packed breakfast en-route, Explore Busowoko Falls, lunch, Scenic drive to Mbale, Check–in at Elgon Palace Hotel, Dinner, and overnight stay.

DAY TWO – 03rd June 2026:
Sipi Falls & Kapchorwa Experience: Early morning breakfast at the hotel, Transfer to Sipi Falls, Nature walk and sightseeing at the falls, Visit Teryet High Altitude Training Centre, Learn about sports training and high–altitude performance, lunch, Coffee community experience and local interaction, Return to Mbale, Dinner and overnight at Elgon Palace Hotel.

DAY THREE – 04th June 2026:
Nyero Rock Paintings & Return to Kampala: Early breakfast at the hotel, Visit Nyero Rock Paintings, learn about ancient rock art and cultural heritage, Photography and cultural interaction, Lunch en-route, begin return journey to Kampala. Arrival in the evening.

The purpose of this letter is to seek your authorization for your child to participate in this skill building trip to Eastern Uganda.
